We are a young San Francisco based team building a next-gen fashion jewelry shopping experience that reimagines and delights in its every detail.
How do you choose which pieces to carry?
Our sourcing philosophy is simple - a tightly curated selection of only the best pieces that we love ourselves. No pages upon pages of browsing just to get you to buy something - we cherish helping you discover the perfect piece for your style and introducing you to new and unexpected styles you may have never considered before.
Why are your prices so much lower than other stores?
Simply put, because we value a more honest shopping experience. We are shoppers ourselves and we have grown tired of the marketing gimmicks of exorbitant markups followed by ‘can't miss’ sales or hidden treasures. By maintaining smaller stock of pieces, working directly with some of the best factories and bringing them to you online-only, we can offer the Jeweliq experience at a truly unexpected price. You won't find any entire store half-off sales at Jeweliq, but we will blow you away by our prices on your every visit.
What is so different about you this experience?
In a few words, it's just better - an exceptionally curated selection and a more personalized shopping experience delivered at a truly unexpected price point. In a few more words, we were bored by the state of uninspiring online retail that we saw everywhere. Ever walk into a store and be blown away by the aesthetic, the vibe and the displays? Ever say that about a site you visited recently? We didn't think so either. Well they say when you want something done better, you have to just do it yourself and so we did - discover a better, more personal and visually stunning shopping experience for you to love and share!
What are the different styles you carry?
Shopping by style is a new, more personalized way to shop with us! We appreciate that every woman who shops with us is unique and we want to deliver a Jeweliq experience that's tailored just for her. And shopping by style allows us to connect you to your visual style muse - each with its own shoppable inspirations that we hope will guide your own style discovery.
What is ‘Most Hearted’? What happens when I ‘Heart’ a product?
We designed everything with you as the focal point of the Jeweliq experience. And this starts with showcasing the products you and our other customers love! Every time you Heart a product, we save it to your wishlist (if you have an account with us) and the products that are coveted most by our customers are the ones we showcase in the ‘Most Hearted’ section.
Item I want is sold out! Will it be coming back?
We intentionally keep our stock small to keep our selection fresh, ensure tight quality standards and above all make sure we don't overproduce (and have to pass our poor planning costs on to you). As a result, some of our popular pieces do sell out quickly. But we are always listening and we do try to restock the pieces you love most. Please sign up for our email notifications by clicking the ‘bring it back’ button and entering your email address and we'll be sure to let you know if we restock the particular piece you are interested in.
How much is shipping?
US customers enjoy free & fast shipping on every order. We also offer a flat $4.95 shipping option to Canada and a very affordable $7.95 international shipping option (see details below)
How long will my shipment take?
Items in stock generally ship within 24 business hours. Most US shipments reach our customers in 2 - 5 business days and Canadian shipments reach customers in 1 - 3 weeks. Please see below for details on other international destinations.
What does the packaging look like?
All orders are shipped in our white fabric pouches and put in our pretty fabulous shipping boxes with a handwritten note (we get customer notes on how much they love it all the time!).
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your Jeweliq purchase and if for any reason you want to return any pieces, you can do so within 14 days of purchase. Please ensure that items are unworn and in undamaged condition. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs - if it's our mistake (wrong item, damaged item) it's all on us of course.

What is your exchange policy?
Sorry, we unfortunately do not accept exchanges at this time. Please follow the returns procedure to send the return piece back to us and we would be happy to process your new order for the pieces you want instead.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! We ship all over the world with USPS First Class Airmail. All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Typical delivery times range from 1 - 4 weeks as in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. Note, First Class Airmail provides partial tracking only depending on the country. You can see a full list of the countries we ship to here.
